How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within 1 - 3  business days after your place them.

Customers in Ontario typically receive their purchases within 1-3 business days.

Rest of Canada 3-7 Business days.

International customers usually receive their purchases within 7-10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Hypexchange.ca will NOT be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. We ship all parcels with a tracking number. 

Any and all forms of communication will be through email, and we will attach all documentation as transparency on this matter.
